Launched by 6-year-old Nicholas, now 8, each plane kit is carefully constructed using a variety of crafts (popsicle sticks, bottle caps, clothespins, cork and more). After you get your kit, check out our video tutorial on putting your plane together!

After you build your plane, play gently. It's best enjoyed on display (use the clip as a picture frame!). If it breaks, you can easily repair with more glue.

Why would you want to return your kit? Your kit was made with immense TLC, carefully constructed from young hands. However, if you aren't satisfied, contact us and we'll work out a refund.

When Nicholas decided to start his own business, he was adamant about paying it forward and partnering with a foundation he resonates with. Having spent time in the NICU, Nicholas thought the idea of providing books to NICU families was absolutely wonderful, so it became a total fit for his plane project. He donates $1 of every kit sold to the foundation. The cost of the plane is already quite affordable (given material and shipping), so he's pretty much breaking even, able to add a few cents to his piggy bank from every sale.

The Triple Heart Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides books to parents embarking on the NICU journey. Babies in the neonatal intensive care unit are often in isolettes, away from their parents. Research has shown that reading to these babies not only helps brain development, but it also helps to create a special bond between the parents and their baby.
